Return & Refund Policy

Order cancellation

You can cancel any order free of charge within 8 hours of placing it. After that window, we begin sourcing materials and 3D-printing your figurine, so we're no longer able to cancel it — your order is by then genuinely in production, and cancelling at that stage would waste materials already committed to your piece. To cancel within the 8-hour window, message us on WhatsApp at +91 7076267167with your order number — WhatsApp is the fastest channel for a time-sensitive request like this, so please don't rely on email alone.

Cash on Delivery (COD) advance

COD orders require an advance payment of ₹500 to confirm the order before it goes into production. This advance is deducted from your final order total, so only the remaining balance is collected on delivery. Because production and shipping costs are already committed once a COD order is confirmed, the ₹500 advance is non-refundable if the order is cancelled, or if the shipment comes back to us undelivered (RTO) — for example if it's refused at the doorstep or the delivery address turns out to be unreachable.

Return window

Returns and refunds are only possible within 1–2 days of delivery. You must provide a video of the unboxing to qualify for a return or refund.

Customised items

Because every figurine is custom-made for you, customised products cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances unless they arrive defective or damaged.

How to request a refund

Contact us within 1 day of receiving your order. Send us your unboxing video along with your order details. If approved, refunds are paid back to your original payment method within 3–4 business days.

Shipping costs

We cover return postage only when the merchandise arrives damaged. For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Defective or damaged items

Products that are defective or damaged on arrival may be replaced or refunded at our discretion.

Bombay Print Lab reserves the right to decline refund requests that don't align with the guidelines above. These terms may change without prior notice — please check this page periodically.
