Processing & delivery timeline

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Shipping typically takes a further 5–10 business days, for a total delivery window of 7–13 business days from the order date.

Nothing sits on a shelf waiting for you to order it. Your figurine only starts printing once you've approved the likeness, and those first two or three days are real work: the print itself, then sanding the layer lines smooth, then priming it white so the paint you apply later actually behaves. Your paints are mixed and numbered against that specific figurine in the same window, and the guide is printed to match.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on every order, anywhere in India. There is no delivery charge added at checkout, and no charge based on destination or package weight. The price you see on the pricing card is the price you pay.

Where we ship

We currently ship within India only, to all serviceable pincodes. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We partner with reliable courier services for safe delivery, and you'll receive tracking information once your order ships.

Delays & incorrect addresses

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier or postal services, nor for losses resulting from an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

Damaged or lost shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us right away so we can help.

Business days

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays when calculating processing and shipping timeframes.
