Your figurine & design variations
Every figurine starts as an AI-generated interpretation of your photo, brought to life as a hand-finished resin miniature. We work hard to match the likeness, pose, and colours you approve, but because the design is AI-generated and then 3D-printed by hand, the physical piece you receive can differ slightly from the preview you approved. This is most noticeable on parts that weren't visible in your original photo — most often the back of the figurine — where the design is a reasonable creative interpretation rather than a literal reproduction of something we simply couldn't see. We think these small surprises are part of what makes a hand-crafted piece feel one of a kind, but if your figurine feels meaningfully different from what you approved, reach out to us — we want you to love what arrives.
Your paint pots are also hand-mixed to match the colours in your approved design, and we take real care getting each shade right. Even so, screens display colour differently from one device to another, so the exact shade you saw on your phone or laptop may look very slightly different once mixed and painted in real life. This is a normal part of matching digital colour to physical paint, not a sign that something went wrong with your order.
Materials & safety
Your figurine is 3D-printed in resin and fully cured as part of our standard production process, in line with normal practice for consumer resin miniatures. That said, resin and the paints used to finish your figurine may not be suitable for anyone with a known sensitivity or allergy to synthetic resins, curing by-products, or paint ingredients. Please keep the figurine out of reach of young children and pets, and don't use it as a chew toy, teether, or food-contact item — it isn't intended for that. If you have a known allergy to resins, plastics, or paints, let us know before ordering so we can advise you. Bombay Print Lab is not liable for any allergic reaction, irritation, or other health issue arising from normal handling, painting, or display of your figurine.
Limitation of liability
In no case shall Bombay Print Lab be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of our services or products.
User submissions
We may use comments and other submissions you send us without compensation or any obligation to maintain their confidentiality.
Governing law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any dispute arising from them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Thane, Maharashtra.
